AGILE delivers fruitful Marketing, Business and Internet Solutions. AGILE’s real strength is in ‘Brand Led Marketing’, where everything is considered and planned to work together effectively. This is partly a strategic brief and partly a creative one. This is a medium to long-term approach to marketing, where instead of just throwing thousands of pounds at a hard-hitting, in-your-face promotion, We look at the objectives of the Business and build a brand and marketing strategy that can be delivered in a structured and cost-effective way. AGILE is definitely not a traditional ‘Design Agency’. Most ‘Design Agencies’ provide creative work, which excites and delights their customers. They offer pretty much the same services and skills to the same type of Companies, however unless they are very niche-market focused, ‘price’ generally becomes their main criteria in winning and keeping accounts for the long-term. This cycle almost always results in pressure to squeeze more profit out of the work they do, rather than considering what is best for the long-term relationships that they enjoy with their Clients. AGILE is different… AGILE is focused on managing a structured number of relationships with SME Clients situated between our offices in East Anglia and Hertfordshire, where AGILE is their Marketing Team. We are very much part of our Customers’ Businesses and we have an input in all of their ‘exterior’ marketing activities. With several Customers, this support has expanded to their ‘internal’ marketing with activities like; Business Planning, Job Descriptions, Business Excellence Programmes, Waste Reduction Assessment, Implementation and Measurement etc. Most AGILE Customers commit to a set number of hours or days each month. This benefits our Clients by knowing that AGILE is focussed on delivering regular external and/or internal marketing that is moving their Business forward, leaving them free to focus on running their Business. This arrangement also benefits AGILE, as it allows us to plan our time more effectively, ensuring that all Customer needs and requirements are met on time.
